Our team has been quite slow to get fixes in today - we are working on making our effects go INTO effect tomorrow and we will start implementing and allowing user's to visit our main site as soon as we have tested and fixed all of the bugs on the main site.

We've identified the root cause of the glitches and mass lag within all of the main ER:LC Billboards pages and are working on a resolution now.
